Request a QuoteEpoxy & Polymer Floor Coatings — epoxy floor coatings built for how your building actually works.
Epoxy and polymer floor coatings bond directly to prepared concrete to create a single, seamless surface with no grout lines or joints for dirt, moisture, or bacteria to collect in. The result is a floor that shrugs off forklift traffic, dropped tools, chemical spills, and daily scrubbing — while staying bright and easy to clean.
We build each system to the demands of the space: the right primer for the slab, a body coat matched to the traffic and chemical exposure, and a topcoat that dials in gloss, slip resistance, and UV stability. Diamond-ground surface preparation and moisture testing come standard, because a coating is only as durable as the bond underneath it.

Epoxy Flooring — Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a commercial epoxy floor last?
A properly prepared and installed commercial epoxy floor typically lasts 10–20 years depending on traffic, chemical exposure, and maintenance. Correct surface preparation and moisture mitigation are the biggest factors in long-term durability.
How much downtime does epoxy flooring require?
Most systems are walk-ready in 12–24 hours and take full chemical cure over about a week. We phase installations and can use rapid-cure products or after-hours scheduling so critical areas return to service quickly.
Can epoxy be applied over an old or damaged concrete floor?
Usually yes. We diamond-grind the surface, repair cracks and spalls, and test for moisture before coating. Slabs with active moisture issues are addressed with a moisture-mitigation primer so the coating bonds and stays down.
